How would I go about redoing an interior for a car?

I have a 1988 nissan 300zx and I would like to redo the interior. and i mean every thing, from the carpet on the floors, the plastic stuff on the walls, the foam insulation or whatever, to the leather surrounding the stick shift and the e-brake. pretty much every thing you can see, i want to replace because it is either stained, smelly, faded, or scratched. i need to know where to go to get the stuff, an estimate of the cost, and how i should go about putting the stuff in. i want to do it myself, not have someone do it for me. i also don't want to create my own design, i just want it a plain blue color. I know it is almost not worth it, but the car has sentimental value to me and i really want to do this. thanks a lot!
