How would i go about putting neons in the hardcover of my ford flacon ute?

at night i somtimes sleep in the back of my ute and it would be really handy to put in some neons or sumthen along those lines. could ytou please tell me is there any specific ones made for the hardcover or would i just put them in myself. and if so how would i go about doing it?
