How would I go about modifying my Jeep Cherokee Sport (XJ) to have a bed?

I've seen them with the two back windows gone and from there back is made into a bed. I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (XJ) and would really like to convert. Anyone know how? Anyone with pics?
