How would I cook a boneless skinless FROZEN chicken breast?

I just want to cook one for myself. I don't want anything facy, I'll just dip it in BBQ sauce or something once it's cooked. Can I just put it in a frying pan with water or something? What's the best thing to do, that's quick?
I also have pasta and velveeta cheese on hand, anything snazzy I can make with that? Single servings, please!

the best way to defrost the chicken breast is to put it into a plastic sandwich baggie, then submerge in cool water.

If you need to defrost it quickly, wrap in aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Of course, you can always microwave it, but make sure you put it on very low power...it may still come out rubbery.

THAW is first.

Then grill, pan fry etc, with salt and pepper. Then dip in b-b-q.

First just defrost it in the microwave for a few minutes (or with the weight setting if yours does that).

Then rub some salt, pepper and seasoning on it and fry it up. When the meat starts going light brown you can add the BBQ sauce onto it in the pan a keep frying.

When its cooked, and still hot in the pan, grate some of the cheese on it for the whole cheddarmelt effect.

Put the frozen chicken breast in your fry pan and cover the bottom of the pan with water. Cover and cook on medium. The chicken will thaw out real quick while it is steaming in the covered pan.

When it is thawed out, you can uncover and continue to cook until done. You might want to add some salt and pepper and some garlic to give it some flavor while cooking.

You could make some macaroni and cheese by cooking your pasta, draining it, and melting some velveeta into the pasta.

Add your cut up chicken breast to the top of the pasta, sprinkle on some parsley for color and enjoy!

take a shallow baking pan, like a pie pan or something. Add water 1/3 of the way up the side, put chicken in and cover with foil. Bake at 360 - for 45 minutes if it is a bigger frozen breast. Cut in the middle of the breast to see if it is still pink in the thickest part, if so, continue cooking another 10 minutes or so.

It's better if you thaw it out first. Soaking it in hot water works. Then just put it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and cook it. If you want more you can cook up some pasta and then throw the chicken on top with some cheese.

You can take the breast cut it up in strips and salt and pepper it and fry up chicken strips for dipping and have the cheesy pasta on the side, or take the chicken cut it up in strips again and just sal and pepper it and bake at 350 for 25 min then toss it over the pasta and drizzle velveta over it for a pasta dish. It is up to you.
