how would i begin twin turbo job a car?

I have a 91 dodge stealth rt blue and i am getting sick of my friends with turboed cars give me gref about not getting the tt( i dont have the money for it) vertion so now i want to to kick there mazda speed 3 and eclipes ass what should i get to turbo charge my car for cheap but i want it to be nice i dont want to spend more then a grand but if u have a better way to beet them let me knowwwww dyslexia i know i cant spell lol
