Look in the Yellow pages or at Yell.com under removals - there are "man and van" firms who will pick up your bike and deliver it to you. Ring a few to see how much it would be - obviously price depends on distance and maybe weight.
You might need to contact a firm in the place where the bike is so they aren't travelling too far to pick up in case there's a problem.
I got a wardrobe picked up and it cost me £85 (about 120 mile round trip)
By using this method the bike doesn't have to be boxed up which it would be for conventional courier firms. By that method it would be around £50 depending on weight and dimensions.
The cheapest couriers are usually Parcel 2 Go
if you order a courier online always try to get a voucher code to cut the price.
Obviously work out all your costs before bidding !
