As divisive as Anarchy inherently is, how could a group opposed to government maintain their individual sovereignty in the face of an army?
Anarchy severely limits communication throughout an area of land, since things such as power and automobiles require a group of workers to create and become monopolies, which is against Anarchy. This same problem would exist in producing most technological commodities, including guns. In turn, it would be harder to arm and organize an army, especially w/o taxes to pay them.
