How will this system perform?

These are the components I am thinking of buying -

Im not sure if this has IDE tell me because I need for CD Drive
Is SATA the connection for my HDD?
Will this take my DIMM i previously bought - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000BCEONQ/ref=oss_product?

I beleive this will work with the motherboard, correct me if otherwise. Also what sort of psu so far is needed? Is this better than a Pentium 4 lool im sure it is. :P

Will this be able to play games like COD 6, Far Cry 2, GTA IV on good settings? no lag? compatible with the motherboard?

Please suggest replacements for any of the parts with same sortof price max £50 for each thankss :)

How loud will the sapphire one be?
