I don't smoke/toke every evening, only about 1-2 times per week.
I love eating healthy foods and exercising, but i'm addicted to tobacco and cannabis, thanks for your time.
Please don't waste your time preaching about how smoking is bad for you, we have our own opinions on this. I'm just wondering how this would effect the next days exercise. Thanks
Before you say more bad things about smoking, i had asthma (the bad sort where every other week i was in hospital with an attack) until i started smoking, that was 10 years ago and i haven't had any asthma since.
