I'm 5'11" tall and weigh like 155 pounds. How will my body change in the next 3 months if I jog around 5.5 to 6.5 mph for 1 hour every day...slowing to around 5...and then back to almost 7 in intervals...sometimes go on the elliptical...And do crunches before and after I jog. And eat between 700 and 1200 calories a day. Plus I have to ride my bike between 5 and 6 miles (round trip) a day about 3 times a week going to and from class. Plus riding my bike to and from the gym (about 1 1/2 miles round trip) every day.
Would I have to do more than just this to tone up my body and lose about 20 pounds eventually...or will doing all that be enough to get in pretty good shape by Christmas? I mean..I'm obviously not in particularly bad shape now to be able to do all that...but I mean visually good...
