Let's assume that Rogers is going to get the iPhone. Since the iPhone needs an unlimited data plan in order to utilise all of the apps the device has to offer, doesn't that put Rogers in a dilemma? They've been hosing us on data, but COULD they now be forced to reconfigure all their data plans in order to accommodate the wave of iPhone buyers? Or will Rogers NOT take on the iPhone because it will cost them too much to match the US carrier data plans? I don't see Rogers giving iPhone users unlimited data, and keeping BB plans at their current levels. So maybe the iPhone will help lower our data costs. What do you think?
