how wide is my septic tank pipe is?

my fish died 7 inches long 2-3 inches wide and my toilet is still clog and thinking a way to stick it thru the way down . so i live in a apartment total of 5 bathrooms 3 floors so can some plumber guy tell me how wide it is? i think the fish should dissolve in the toilet ?
 
The sewer line from the toilet on down in 3" wide. It might just be stuck in the trap, and you might push it the rest of the way through with a toilet auger. Or, as you say, it might eventually dissolve. Can you hold out that long? :)
 
Your fish is stuck in the toilet itself you have to remove toilet turn it upside down and remove it you might have to fiddle around with it but it will take a couple of months to for the fish to deteriorate.
 
Usually 3&3/4 inches inside The fish will eventually go thru I think if you want to quicken the process get someone to snake it Call a local (Handyman)
 
if you live in an apartment then maybe you should ask your landlord to see if he/she could get a new one and then no more problems!
