I saw a physio in september of last year when I was first diagnosed with the condition. It seemed to sort itself out but has now returned when I started training again after a 2 month break after christmas. I have been to see my physio again and she suggested returning to light training. Any suggestions on what Light Training might be! Also, when I'm cycling the bike in the gym there is a slight pain in my knee. Should I stop when the pain starts or keep going? Could this cause more damage or is it part of the healing process.
