How well does the Samsung Moment hold up? Does the screen break easily?

I had a Rant and the screen broke and sprint told me it was because I put it in my front pocket and it broke over time and I needed a special case for it. I hadn't had this phone for half a year. I need a new one and I was thinking about the Samsung Moment, but I need to know how durable it is.
