how well do the RCA "Digital Media Players" work and sound and how compared to Ipod?

i have never had one and i am trying to understand how it works..lol i understand you press "Menu" for a second or two to turn it on...however i DONT KNOW HOW to guide the selection key from there ..when i press the white button thing on the front plus or minus or left or right..it just wants me to select this already downloaded song by some R and B group..lol

how this is suppose to work too? , if you can tell me

and HOW you delete the songs that are already on there too?
