How well do Parcely plants grow, and/or recover from bad health?

I saw some Parcely plants in the grocery store today, and they all seemed to be dropping completely over onto the table, and some were getting greyish-brown as opposed to the usual green.

Now I don't intend to "save" said plants, but I do kind of want a parcely plant... thought maybe it would be fun to add some home-grown garnish to the burnt Kraft dinner which makes up the majority of my diet.

Anyway, with some water and sunlight, will the plant grow big and healthy? Or when it's slumped over, is it already too late and the grocery store workers are apparently too lazy to remove it...?
