...with only a bachelors? How well could I understand theoretical physics, quantum mechanics, and cosmology with only a bachelors in physics?
I'm bad at math, but otherwise do well academically in other tough courses such as anatomy/physiology, and microbiology... I managed to pull off a B in precalculus I with alot of hard work. Nevertheless I struggle with math even algebra. What are the chances I could even get a bachelor's in physics?
If I did manage to get a BS in physics would I finally be capable of picking up a book on theoretical physics, quantum mechanics, or cosmology that is not intended for the lay person and slowly understand what is being said? Obviously not on the level of someone with a PhD in physics, but could I at least understand the theories presented?
It seems like I need at least a bachelors to make any useful sense out of that stuff...
I'm not planning on a career in physics, (religious studies is my goal), but it seems to me that the same scientific and mathematical methods used in theoretical physics could be applied to various religious and philosophical questions.
