How was the gym everyone today?

How long were you at the gym, and what did you do? Any suggestions to pump up the heart rate?

What I do is for 2 minutes I run really fast on the treadmill on a high speed *like 8,0)
Then I run a bit lower, then lower then speed up again :D
I also do sit ups with a 10 pound brick
I swim like crazy in the pool ;p
