Commies suck -__- If you must know, Marx and Engels (fathers of communism) came up with this dream civilization of a classless society. I think society probably just got sick of being labeled as something so this idea came up. The only thing is that Marx supported the use of revolution and was also antisemitic (even though he himself was a jew). Maybe he bolstered the hatred of Jews in society through his teachings and maybe that's why it's hard to tell Hitler's fascist quotes from the quotes in The Communist Manifesto.
