how upload flash to your aspx site?

i have made my self some script to upload some flash to a folder on my site that is easy but i don't know how i am going to then get that flash and put in a page.

here i what i want it to do

i will be uploading flash to a folder called upload and then i want to put that flash on my game site site.

i am making a game site and i want to be able to add game to my site With out having to download the site then alter it and then upload the site.

if you know any free source code out there i can use please tell me i will be happy to use that.
