How toxic is glow paint and will it glow when mixed with water?

For my birthday, I'm wanting to mix glow in the dark paint with water and put it in water guns and let everyone just go at it. Is glow paint toxic? Because I don't want anyone to, you know,die on my 18th birthday. And also, would it still glow when mixed with water?
 
Look for a non-toxic glow paint. It may be a pain to get off their clothing, hair and bodies...nearly all true artists paints are toxic if injested that is why you look for the Non-Toxic so it won't be absorbed through their skin.
