How tough are Suzuki RM125's?

Im thinking of buying a 2000 RM125 and was wondering how tough they are? Say if i stacked or bailed doing a big jump, would the bike withstand an awkward land without any major problems? Also how often do parts break or wear out?
If you dont have an answer to my question like this mohammed guy, dont bother. cheers.
