How to you get the Evasive Dodge on SD Vs. Raw 2009?

For the PS2, I tried the whole Rey #1 Contender match, then Jeff on the next one.. but I didn't get it..

Can someone please detail me on how to get it.. I need someone whos got it on ps2 version.. not what you've read on the internet..
