In my public speaking class, we were told to present a speech about somebody else in the class that we were assigned to interview.
We aren't making a speech about anything in particular that person did but just them in general.
The speaking in public part doesn't bother me at all, but what I have to say exactly.
How can I write up an interesting speech about somebody else?
We are also required to have a "Human Interest Story" at the beginning of every speech, which basically is a personal story that is usually true to lead into the actual speech.
So how would a personal story lead into something about someone else I don't even know and just met the day we were to interview?
