For my AP history class I have to write a DBQ and I'm not sure how the thesis is supposed to be. The topic is:
Although New England and the Chesapeake region were both settled largely by people of English origin, by 1700 the regions had evolved into two distinct societies. Why did difference in development occur?
Does anyone know where I can find a sample or can someone better explain how to write the thesis. A link might help.
