How to write a BLURB for a university election?

I need to write a small biography blurb, consisting of three lines or slightly more, for an upcoming university election.

I'm running for the Secretary position - so I'll need to write something about myself, and what I can do for the position... I guess?

I honestly don't know what to write - as its my first election.

I've been trying to find examples - to get a feel. But I can't find any.

Can anyone give me examples, or advice?
