How to Work with this Download PHP website template?

I am trying to make a website where I will list all the No Deposit - Real Money Play Online Casino, with their No deposit Bonus.
I have just download a tamplete, but its in PHP. It has Index.php and lots of other files.
I even could not open this php file. I know basic HTML -BUT - How to open and work with this PHP files?
 
If you're serious about this, you'll have to learn PHP : http://www.php.net/manual/en

PHP is not that hard if you have basic programming knowledge.

You can edit PHP with simple text editors, but if you plan to work a lot with PHP, a more "serious" editor such as Dreamweaver is recommended.
