If you mean the 2 small wires that are attached to the back end of the coil, they tie into the ignition system, if you mean the big thick one that comes off the front of the coil, it runs down and attaches to the spark plug. The 2 little wires on the rear send the juice to power the coil up and tell it when to fire.
