I'm puzzled by the question. I think everyone wants small and invisbile skin pores. You want to widen them and make them big?

do u mean that u want to open them so that the medication you use will get to them quicker?
even then, its a bad idea to make your pores open since theyll be bigger...u should elaborate more on your question so youll get a better response...
