How to view more than 3 days worth of email on Windows Mobile Device?

I currently have an HTC phone with Windows Mobile. I connect to my work email through a Microsoft Exchange Account. I'd like to view all emails in my inbox rather than just the last 3 days worth. Any advice on how to do this?
