how to view IM recent chats online.?

ok well, my friend was on my computer like 2 hours ago.
well she was on facebook.
and she wouldnt let me see what she was typing.
and i want to make sure it wasnt nothing retarted.
i just want to know if their was anyway i could view the conversation.
i have her email and password.
and it was on facebook.
so anybody know anything to do this!!!
