how to view hidden number?

hello,
over the weekend i have been receiving harassing crank calls.
somehow this caller is blocking their number to where it does not leave anything on my
phone. usually if it is a hidden or private number, that is what it will say in the list. but this caller is not leaving anything at all to show the call was made.

my phone is a casio boulder i got in march.
if i go to the verizon office, will they be able tell me where the calls are coming from?
is there something i can do in my phone to make this number show up?

Try doing *57. The next time this person calls their number should be recorded. I believe this feature costs a dollar a call to use though.

Otherwise your only option is to block all restricted calls, which Verizon can do for you.

You can block any phone number by dialing *67 before the number you want to call.
It shows up on the other persons caller id as Unknown/Private/Blocked

*57 generally doesn't work with cell phone. Usually only home phones.
