How to view deleted internet history? Please help!?

Please can someone tell me how to view all the deleted internet history, and how to view internet shortcuts.

Ive been on the internet today and seen that my bf has been looking at something he shouldn't...or so I think. There's loads of internet shortcuts with women's names on, all jpeg files....hmmm. But when I click on them nothing happens.

Just want to know how to view them to make sure they are what I think.

Please help!
 
what shortcuts have u seen,can u give an example ???
open the internet explorer
type http://
you will see all the history is showing u down
select any of those
it will show up

another way is
open your browser
press Ctrl+h
you will see history is showing on the left (today /yesterday etc)
single clicn on any
pages will show up
