I recently brought a Samsung Genio Qwerty. My friend, who owns a blackberry, sent me a picture through bluetooth. I went into my files, images, downloaded images to view the picture but it came up with a question mark in a box instead of the photo. My friend, who owns a sony Ericsson also tried to send me this photo, but the same thing happened
What is wrong? And how do i rectify this problem?
