how to video chat on aim?

ok, i have a acer net-book. and i just got a aol email address, now, me and my friend live in different states, and we really need to use the aim video chat, so could anyone PLEASE help me, i don't have any idea on what i have to do to use this, so specific details would be appreciated, thanks!
 
1. log on AIM
2.with ure freind ure talking to click on start a video AIM

and ure done that all i have lastest version of AIM so i found really fast u can even tell where it is if u dont see it then download the new version of AIM it's better
