Now, I've seen a similar question on yahoo, but I didn't get the answer I was looking for so I'm asking it again (sorry). Supposedly, you can't create a vector from a normal image unless you have special software which all cost a bit of money. Are there other methods to vector an image other than basically redrawing it in photoshop or some method like that? I believe there is an easy process because people vector images on forums and whatnot?
