How to use Remote desktop Mobile ?

i have htc Touch pro and i can't use Remote desktop mobile ?? in fact i don't know how set the setting for the remote desktop mobile that can connect to my labtop or my friends labtop ..
anybody can expalin for me that what is the setting for Windows vista ??
