Currently am enrolled in college and just got all my finances squared away as far as utilizing the state GI Bill/ 100 % tuition assistance, so my classes are all payed for. But recently I have been looking at the costs of my textbooks required for class and for all my books it's just as expensive as the class!!! The state GI Bill does not cover the material fees of fees for textbooks only the tuition of class. Is their any other army benifits I'm not using or could be using to pay for these books that cost way to much for my income. Is their anything else I should be getting on the VA for? Their has got to be something else out their to help with the books. Help is extremly apprciated. 10 pts

From the way you phrase your question, I assume you are a member of the National Guard, either Air or Army. If that is the case, you also have the Selected Reserve GI Bill, which is paid directly to you and can be used as you see fit.
Check with your Guard unit and the military benefits adviser on campus to get you enrolled in the program.
