How to use ninjutsu scrolls in naruto ultimate ninja 5 for ps2?

I completed the first arc and i got 2 ninjutsu scrolls.
now i have 2 ninjutsu in my usable ninjutsu section of the naruto notebook(in the pause menu).
so how do i use these jutsu?
is it in master battle or free battle?
