How to use mp3 as ringtones on nokia 6600?

if u download and install any mp3 player in the cell, it puts mp3 codec inside it which lets u play mp3s...
and then u can keep 'em as ringtones.
 
i know how to keep them, i also have an mp3 player installed, but i ca'nt set them as ringtones...it gives an error message... :-s
 
hey, i know it's a bit too late by now to reply to this, but if you're still trying to find out a way to use the mp3 ringtones on your nokia cell phone, you first have to download it to Midi. hope this helps!:)
