how to use iphone app's database?

I used to hold home and lock button to capture my iphone's screen while using the app for learning japanese kanji, and later create a slideshow... it has about 2000 characters, i just can't capture them all, so I was wondering if there's a way to get the pics from app's database???? help me plz...
