How to use HTML tages with Microsoft Office Word and save it as name.HTML?

Is there someway enable me to work with word processor and add HTML tages and save it as [name.HTML]

OR

work ordinary on word processor and save it as [name.HTML] and then open it and add some changes by using HTML tages

note: I don't want to resort to notepad editor unless that would help me with word processor in adding tages
