How to Use Found iPhone for only Music?

I recently found an iPhone with a sim Card. Before anyone says anything about "return it" I called the person and they said they dont want it cuz they got a replacement. I already have a cell phone (that has the sim card built in) so I just wanna use the Iphone for music.

I restored it but i dont know how to bypass the "emergency call" screen. Can someone help me?
 
you might not be able to. a cell phone with out a sim card must have emergency call for 911 so it may not work ever for just music. Go get an ipod touch and sell the iphone or something
