Lol..that question came out sounding kind of dumb.
Anyway..I think it's finally getting through to me that even
if I diet then my body still won't get fit fast and still looks unhealthy..so I've decided I'm going to start using exercises video after my day is over..so around 4 o'clock when I get home.
my problem is...(not that I dun know how to use a VCR hehe) but that
not sure what kind of plan I should have? Maybe an hour a day? I have these videos: upper, core, lower body/limbs and i have dumbells and ankle weights and a strechy cord with handles.
I need a plan of what I should do though...I have no idea where to start I will just stare at the tv and this equipment..
It seems like I'll only be able to work out at home 4 or so days a week because I have other commitments..
help !
