Depends what type of phone you have.
General way is to make sure both of your bluetooth is on,
find / select song,
click option (differs on models)
click send - via bluetooth
(automatically) searches for devices,
Select other phone
(on other phone) click accept.

okay first you should go to options or settings or somewhere you see bluetooth and turn your both of your bluetooth on then go to search for devices you could either do it or your neighbor could search for device and your name or phone name should pop out. After finding the device your friend or you are using go search the song you want to transfer to either phone then just click bluetooth to your friend. Also you could change your bluetooth name if you want on my phone's name. Make sure bluetooth activation is on, blue tooth's visibility is on for both of you two. HOPE I helped and sorry if you don't understand it's not that hard when you know how to do it yourself! Sorry i couldn't hands on do it for you guys!
oops almost forgot when you put a password on when it says something like password for connection or w/e to the other user just put any number like 0 or 0000 doesn't matter and make sure that other person uses the same password
