I sometimes ride my bike for exercise- from my house to the end of the road is 1 mile, so to go to the end of my road and back to my house is 2 miles. Sometimes I'll bike 4-8 miles.
I usually have the speed set on the one that I have to push the pedals the hardest to get the bike to go, because I figure that'll help build leg muscles.
How should I bike to build leg and core muscles that are the muscles I use for ice skating? Will standing while biking instead of sitting help in any way? Does biking do anything for ice skating muscles anyway..? thanks in advance xx
