how to use Audio on a media site - that already uses written and Video pieces?

I work on a web site that works as a communication tool for a large number of employees. the site has taken on a sort of water cooler style and relaxed and fun content. at this time we use primarily written material and one new video a week. We're interested in adding audio content on in the style of pod-casting -
my question is, what subject matter should be shared in Audio format that wouldn't be used in the previous 2 methods mentioned above?
