Yes, you first have to buy an iphone outright. This can be a bit pricey. Try walmart or ebay. Then you must find someone to "unlock" the iphone so it can be used on tmobiles network. You would then use the sim card from tmobile and put it in the iphone. Finding someone to unlock your phone can be a bit tricky. Maybe post an ad on craigslist. It doesn't cost much. Maybe $30.
