How To Use A Jquery Modal Dialog Effectively In ASP.NET ?

I have learned how to put a Jquery modal confirmation box in an asp.net page, but I do not know how to interact with it. For example, if The user clicks Yes - then I want some code behind to fire. If the user clicks No, then I do not want code behind to fire. I am not looking for someone to tell me how to do this; I am just looking for a good resource where I can learn how to do this.
