I'm trying to upsize an image from 640X160 to 1000X200 without losing the image resolution. Let me know how this is possible. If it's not, how would I go about taking the original banner logo of this company that I'm designing their website for, and scanning it, and putting it at the 1000X200 resolution that looks good...What program would I use after scanning it? Thank you.
